In business and management, we had a time to share insights from the perspective of dentists based on actual examples, carefully examining the basic contents of financial statements, which are key concepts, how the value of dental clinics is arithmetically calculated as EBITDA, and what it means. We discussed how to carefully examine very simple but core management activities from what perspective to increase the fundamental value of dental clinics that are being missed in daily life.
We tried to explain so that you can intuitively understand the definition from Sales Revenue to COGS, Expenses, Tax, Depreciation, Amortization, and Net Income by comparing and analyzing with actual cases based on the management performance data of dental clinics in the US market, how much negative impact the act of raising costs to save taxes paid every year has on the value of dental clinics.
In addition, we shared the content about building and utilizing a core Business Intelligence System in management using intuitive and low-cost platforms such as recent AI and Google Workplace, and it seemed to be a meaningful opportunity to share insights on how to increase management efficiency and productivity in the dental industry in the near future by utilizing the value created by companies like Tesla.
